When an organization wants to reinvent itself, the change should take place must be a goal. The attempt to determine how to modify and change what will be just as frustrating as real change. The process of strategic change management involves the development of an innovative vision of the company where he wants to be, then develop and equally innovative way to reach the goal. Sounds like a ton of hype? Indeed, it is not. Nobody wants to amendment by the mere fact of doing things differently. To make sense of the direction the company is trying to move in a different way to our economic desires that are identified and launched an entire people in a company too much during the choreography.
